Honestly it is going to depend on the person. A good rule of thumb is 8 weeks and, to me, that has always been a mix of response to a product and safety. Only you will know how you respond to both and both are safe. You just need to be cautious any time you are forcing your chemistry to go in a direction that it doesn't under normal conditions.

I have. LONGER, in fact. But that's for me specifically, and as Alex said, it's very dependent on the individual in questions, and their specific goals and needs.
