Just needa get some more anabeta nom nom nom..trying to figure out what dose to run the anabeta in pct... 4 caps per day worked really well for me over summer when it came out.. but is tempting to try a higher dose hmmm..just the higher the dose the shorter time the anabeta will last!

I'll let you know how bens protocol works for me. 6 on workout days and 4 off. Thinking dosing will be like rosie. With My meal mostly. I might take it up to eight though.
