erase double dose?

So I took my erase @ 12pm and then acidentally without thinking just popped a second at about 1pm. Anything big to worry about??? I got it confused with my shift capsule and wasn't paying attention. I guess if I'm going to die I'll findout soon enough lol.

If your dose is only one cap, you'll be fine.

On a sidenote, all the capsules are different colours now, so there should be no trouble telling which is what product.

You will be fine, I've taken 6caps a day for an extended period of time without ill effect.

The difference between shift capsules and Erase is that erase are solid white while shift is a clear capsule.

haha.. 6 caps of erase will not kill anyone... you'll be just fine
