I been taking one in am and one in pm. I'm going to bump too 3 a day aday so where should I put the xtra dose

Dose 1 - 1 cap first thing
Dose 2 - 1 cap ~8 hours post-Dose 1
Dose 3 - 1 cap pre-bed
