need some help with Leviathan reloaded

Hi guys, need help...
next month, I'm gonna run LR/DCP/AP for cutting (but don't wanna lose much muscle).

I wanna ask :
1. is it ok to do fasted cardio (upon waking on empty stomach) while waiting 45mnt-1hour to LR to works?
2. which is better : 2nd dosage at mid afternoon or pre workout?
3. If I juse it for pre wo, how long before I go to wo?

thanks for the help..

1 yes, should be very effective.
2 since your taking AP in this stack, and it requires carb intake, id dose it away from the AP (ie. if you dosing ap as part of preworkout with a carb meal , then dose the Levi either 45-hour before or after that meal.
3 again this depends on your AP dosing, lemme know how you plan to use AP and I can get more specific.

I always have been a fan of fasted cardio personally. John#'s hit it on the head.

I never actually tried dcp,or AP ...so I cant really say. From what I gather AP is best with a post workout shake with carbs.

I have always had a great deal of success with fasted cardio and used a lot of it on my cycle with Leviathan Reoladed\DCP\Drive. I am an endo type though, body type does make a difference.

DreamWeaver, do you think that fasted cardio best suits an endo?

Yes that is my belief or I believe that endo types have less to fear from muscle loss. The amount a cardio that a person does in general is dependant on body type.

I am an endo that REALLY struggles to drop b/f even with a pretty solid diet, I just hate to do cardio which I think is the missing link to me dropping weight ( as well as cutting out alcohol - KEY ).

On the positive side I think your right, I really dont experience much muscle loss even when I dont work out as often. I just stay very thick and solid all the time ( except for this damn belly fat )

Endos are just much more efficient in handling our nutrients we don't need as much protein or calories in general. We rarely lose a lot of muscle unless we drop to below 12% then it seems were like everyone else.

I just finished a LR log about 2 weeks ago and I did fasted cardio and I am also an endo. I had really good results. Take your first dose when you wake before your cardio and then take your second dose about 4 hours later. Just make sure to take both servings on an empty stomach...that's a huge proponent in how effective this product will be. Hope that helps!

Well the DCP part of it you can take 3 times a day. 2 when you wake up. 4 before workout to utilize the endurance increase, and 2 before bed. Dcp can be used at the same time as Levi. Can't say on the AP, I tried it once and it killed my migraines.
