Incarnate dosing

I'm considering picking up Incarnate from NP since they're having a good deal on it there. I have a question; it says to take 3 capsules before working out, and 3 after. My question is, since I'm on a budget, I'd like this supplement to last 60 days, thus dosing only 3 capsules a day on workout days. I assume it doesn't need to be used on off days, so I will only use it on days I lift, not on cardio days.

Now, on lifting days, would it be better to use it pre-WO or post-WO? I have bulk Cissus I can dose post-WO, so the main reason I'm purchasing this is because the beta-alanine, and I've also heard great things about it. So since I'm mainly using it for the beta alanine, would it be better to use it pre-WO?

I really like the synergy of Incarnate

I would take it as directed 3 one hour before workout and 3 about 45 min to 1hour after... I've also tried bulk products but doesnt compare to Incarnate.

I would continue to take 3 in morning with food and 3 in the evening... on non-workout days.. I seen great results after about 25 days..

Would really be awesome to see you do it at the full dosing, but if you can only choose b/w pre and post...you will def. want to dose it post workout.

Well if I use it 3 capsules pre-WO and 3 caps post-WO, and not use it on non-lifting days, is that okay?

I don't really see the need in using it on days I don't lift, but if you guys really recommend using it pre and post-WO, I'll do it.

I agree with Blacjack as it is probably better taken post workout. I think it would be better to take 2 pre ,and 2 post, thats only one more pill a day but gives you more stable blood levels. That is what you want to happen!! Take my advice here...trust.

yes use it on on non-lifting days, it takes time to build up carnosine levels in the muscle, beta alanine is an everyday supplement.

Yeh, exactly. Beta-Alanine is not something that affects you immediately you have to keep it stable for a couple weeks so that your carnosine levels build up to the point where you can really tell a difference, but believe me when I say it is a really big difference once they do get to that point.

So if you could make it work, I would probably do 2-2 like Trip suggested, but def. do it everyday.

At the moment Incarnate is my favorite PAL product...It just is a must for any serious athlete.

Should you cycle incarnate? Most products I do 8 weeks on then 4 weeks off, would this be necessary? I usually do it to avoid my body getting "used to" a sup, but it sounds like this need to build. Maybe no cycle? maybe 12 weeks on?

As far as I know Beta alanine, and cissus do not need to be cycled. I use them for extended periods, and well.....it's working for me ;)

I just picked up incarnate and took the first dose before the gym and the tingles came on hard in about 20 minutes !!! i took the 3 pills pre workout and 2 post , no tingles with 2 pills though haha this is def gonna be a staple product the cissus is an added bonus for me .
Whats the usual time frame for it to kick in ??

3-4 weeks you should start to be able to tell a pretty big difference. Hope you enjoy it man!

i am getting ready to do my second 6 month cycle of incarnate. last cycle i had no diminishing effects, kept getting better. started to take it for granted, i really want to get that well being feeling back again. btw i am 49 and felt at least 10 years younger on incarnate. imo a very under-rated supplement. incarnate rocks.:food:
