Extreme Adrenal Fatigue
Ok so I think I might got it...

just fot myself a bottle of Reset AD in nutra and it says for Extreme AF use 3 caps. So how long should I use 3 caps for before lowering to 2 caps? And then how long should I run 2 caps for?

I will be cycling my stimulants now, used them too long and now I'm paying consequences. So should I use Reset AD when I'm off them or just take it while taking stimulants and then when I'm off stims stop using Reset too?

Sh** I think I'm gonna need another bottle...

Reset is a continuos-use supplement for those who regularly take stims, or are naturally prone to adrenal fatigue.

I would stay at 3 caps for a minimum of 3 weeks, then on non-stim days take 2 and on stim days keep it at 3.

Reset is definitely one of the best bang-for-the-buck, useful and unique supps around.

What would you call stim days? I ask this because I smoke and I heard smoking makes it real bad for adrenal fatigue am I correct?

Smoking screws anything and everything out. Stim days would be days that you take higher than normal (1 cup of coffee is fine, even 2) doses of stims (count coffee, fat burners (stim based), NO products containing caffeine, crack smoking, etc.).

I just ordered a bottle of Reset AD (Palo Alto Labs should thank Dsade for the bulk caffeine and Gernamine... lol) I plan to alternate between stims only on weekdays and stims only on weekends every month or so.

Depending on how well my gears turn.
