I would take you don't really HAVE to, it is suggested though. Its always good to give your adrenals a little break from time to time. Ya might look into Reset A.D, I personally think that is always a good choice after a long run of stims.

If I were you I would take about a week. But wouldn't switch fat burners

Yeh that sounds good. If your lookin for another fat burner that will help preserve muscle better, you DEF won't find that.

Maybe we could find a couple errors in that diet and see if we can get you some better results your next go round....reguardless of which fatburner you choose.

Okay heres a short summary of what i hav ebeen doing for the last 3 months.

I have been cutting for about 3 months now. Im about to finish my 3rd month this week and decided to continue on for a 4th month.. why because the first month i kind of did a horrible job, slacked off and did a little drinking.

I still got results though. I started at 152lbs with a 33inch and now im 130lbs with a 29 inch. Im sure I lost some muscle as well because alot of my lifts went down the drain...

My bench went from 225x11 to 225x7 and etc..

My utlimate goal is to reach a 28-27 inch waist line and then start to clean bulk.. I will post up pictures and create a log!

So for the last two months i have been eating really clean and doing empty stomach morning cardio 5x for 40 minutes in a week and working out in the evenings.. Also, i am on a carb cycling diet.

My macronutrients are:

monday - friday
200g protein (800 calories)
100g carbs (400 calories)
30g fat ( 270 calories)
total calories = 1470 calories

saturday - sunday
200g protein (800 calories)
250g carbs (1000 calories)
50g fat (450 calories)
total calories = 2250 calories

all my carbs are all complex and vegs, and fats are all from good sources..

what do you you think clean bulk or continue to cut?? I think im already skinny as hell..people think im dieing..I really dont understand how i can lose so much muscle and I kept my protein high !!!!

Well I will say this, I know EXACTLY why you have been losing muscle

Bro, at 130lbs and a 29in waist...the LAST thing you need to be doing is cutting imho.

How tall are you? What is your body fat %? Where do you want to ideally end up, as far as weight and body fat?

Um 22 lbs weight loss with 4 inches on the waist that is bang on for high percentage fat loss. 1 inch per 5 lbs = mostly fat burned.

Why do you think you lost muscle.

Noo.. I was 154 lbs with a 33 inch waist, 13-15% body fat. now im 130lbs with a 29 inch waist, 9% body fat. Im 5 ft 4 inches. I can see my veins around my abs popping out. For some dyam reason there is still a lil fat there though. Its annoying and im trying to get rid of it so I can start clean bulking! I will post pics up, I dont look that bad..I Just lost lots of muscle..

I know I lost muscle.. why because my max bench went from 285 to like 260

and I use to bench 225 x11 now I can only do it 6-7x!!! its ****in sad!!

The only good thing that came from the diet is that I have a 6 pack now with a lil fat pouch.

You lost 22 lbs your bench will likely go down if you lost muscle or not. You lost an amazing 4 inches off your waist means you lost a lot of fat, and some water too no doubt. Just cuz your bench goes down doesn't mean you've lost muscle. Bench is a power movement and body weight is a factor. I bet you have lost no strength of isolated movements, but you will lose on power compound movements your lighter.

"but you will lose on power compound movements your lighter"

Exactly you lost a good percentage of your body wieght that would be like me losing 40 lbs. I would lose on my bench believe me. I am not saying that you didn't lose any muscle but I do believe you lost very little.
