if your trying to cut I would suggest you do cardio. Leviathan helps preserve mass while aiding in fat loss. That's the whole concept of it. You could technically do leviathan reloaded without cardio but add cardio for better results.

I'm 6 weeks into a cutting cycle and I've been using Leviathan. I've not done any cardio and I'm still losing 1.5lbs or so a week. Strength is still increasing, fat is down and I've lost no noticeable muscle mass. So far so good!

I've found for myself that as long as I am super strict with my eating I don't have to do any cardio. You mileage may vary..

It doesnt have gugglesterone's we didnt feel that it fit with the formula:

Please go to http://www.leviathandirect.com/ingredients.htm

it gives you a complete break down of the new ingredients.. Take a look at:

Phyllanthus Niruri 10% & Ficus Bengalensis Extract

these are almost brand new to the industry but shortly they should be making a huge name for themselves in sports nutrition..

Plus 11-hydroxy-yohimbine is killer in comparision to regular yohimbine hcl..

take your leviathan dosages in the morning with some cardio. The problem with leviathan and p-slin stack is that they require food and at the same time they dont require food. I would do a break down like this.

Morning Cardio empty stomach Leviathan
or
Afternoon Cardio/Workout Leviathan then wait 40-45 minutes
Afterwards P-Slin - wait 15 minutes
Pre-workout meal contaiing 75-100g carbs
Hit the gym 20-30 minutes later. That way, you'll have the help of leviathan from the stims to boost your workout as well as the pumps from P-Slin.

The Anabolic pump should make a great addition to helping aid with fat lost. Be sure to not overdo the carbs. I tended to go a bit high on carbs while on Anabolic pump. Do moderate carbs with AP but all complexed carbs with whole wheat bread and oats.

great input. Most of all, make sure you take the Leviathan (original or reloaded) at least 45 minutes before meals, or 45 mins after a smaller meal. You don't want to take this too close to sugar intake.

I read in another post that leviathan and AP is a good stack, only I can separate the dosages like you say me.
or...what about separate low and high days of carbs?
for example, with the days of low carbs take only leviathan, and with the days of high carbs take AP/pslin,
what do you think about this?

it could work I guess, but I do think you getting in leviathan and AP /pslin would be more beneficial as a whole. Leviathan as a burning agent and AP as a repartition supplements for the carbs. Cutting fat involves cutting of carbs. Why not just go moderate carbs but incorperate the routine that I stated above. Try something like this

1:00 PM meal with carbs
2:30 PM Leviathan
3:13 PM P-Slin
3:30 PM 100g complex carb meal
3:45 PM workout

If done properly you could make some pretty neat gains and pumps in the gym.

I think it might be a bit hard to do AP and leviathan. But if you were you could also do something like this

8 AM Leviathan
8:45 AM AP
9 AM meal with carbs (AP)
then meal 2 hours later
11 AM meal with carbs (AP)
12:30 Leviathan

and then agian at night time somewhere. Only problem I see is that you might have to get up early to do this. It does take a lot of time to wait 45 minutes after taking leviathan and waiting 1 1/2 after a meal to take leviathan. It might be tough to get in 6 meals a day this way.
