| Gold Member | HHH Leviathan Log I figured I would start a log here since I will be keeping track myself. I started on Saturday but honestly, Saturday and Sunday are bad days to "start" since we had trick-or-treating at my sisters and trick-or-treat was in my neighborhood on Sunday. Of course daddy has to "inspect" all the candy. So a few dozen candy bars later I'm back on track. I suppose it doesn't matter too much since the first two days are only two a day. Today I am on three a day. I started off this morning at 177.5lbs. I have about seven more days of IGF-2 as well so once that's done it'll just be Leviathan. Here are my stats.... Age: 35 Height: 5'9" Weight: 177.5lbs Workout Frequency: Five or six days a week for 45 minutes. Stay tuned..... |

I've noticed a little dry-mouth this morning, but I'm attributing that to the fact that I think I ate half a pumpkin's worth of roasted and salted seeds. Mmmmmmm, I can't resist!! Needless to say I'm also very "regular" today... hahaha. Too.... much.... fiber....... Same thing happens when I go to a baseball game because I eat the shells and all. Can't resist the salty-goodness!!! | |

| Gold Member | OK, today is two in the AM and then one and one. Not really jittery this morning, but seemed to have a lot more energy. Should be interesting to see how my workout goes this afternoon. |

| Gold Member | Yesterday's arm workout was great. Had a ton of energy and could have gone longer except I had to get back to work. Today is the second and last day of 2-1-1 and then it's on to the 2-2 dose. Again, not jittery this morning, but very much in high gear. I hope I wasn't talking to fast on my conference call! ![]() |

| Gold Member | For arms I hit the machines for my warm up sets. Then I go into drop sets with hammer curls and skullcrushers. I've jumped up to starting with the 45's for hammers and 95lbs. on the bar for skullcrushers. I can usually pound out close to 8 reps for each. Then I head over to the cable rack and put it low for cable curls and high for rope presses. If I still have energy I'll head back to the original machines and try to press out a few more reps. Today is back and shoulders. I'll try to go into more details on the workout when I'm done. On a Lev note, I'm REALLY hoping this cold I'm fighting doesn't get ay worse otherwise I'll have to stop since I'll need to get some ephedrine in me. I am so stuffed up right now I've turned into a mouth breather!!! I'm sure everyone in the cubes around me REALLY don't want to hear me sniff all day long. I'm giving it one more day. |

| Gold Member | OK, short update. I've been out of town since Friday night and got back yesterday. I just couldn't take it Saturday night and just did my morning dose. I had to stop so I could take some sudafed. I was extremely stuffed up. Ahhh, much better now. All in all, I think Leviathan is a good product. I lost a few pounds but the awareness and elevated energy beats having the jitters and being extremely edgey like other products. I'd give it a 9 out of 10. |
