yea send it to me you big baby (thread starter)here we go again....did you sign up for the free trial, and read the agreement before signing up?. Also the statement wtf kinda company is this is a little out of line bro, a simple pm can solve alot, and it can be fixed. Thanks

ok first of all, you obviously never read the terms and conditions where it clearly states that you enrolled in the program to recieve additional bottles. You were too excited to get your free bottle. This enrollment plan is not geared towards this bodybuilding community, hence the reason we dont advertise it here. Is it our fault you dont read things before you buy them?is it out of line im getting a product sent to me and being billed for somethign i never ordered.
this is the last time i ever fall for one of this cheap marketing scams about signing up for free products, they just suck up all your information
i sort of have to agree with Engival on this one
i to recieved a second bottle of paravol without really knowing and was a little upset i was billed, i than went back and re-read the site and saw it was an agreement.
im sure like engival alot of people including myself just lightly look over that section or even just click agree without reading it thinkin there getting just a free bottle.
btw:
the customer is always right.
wow . some one that can read the fine print. Others should learn from cellarhaha. I remember seeing that on the website. I was really skeptical so I looked for the fine print. and there it was .
yup yup :stick:wow . some one that can read the fine print. Others should learn from cellar
Haha..I read that when I signed up. Most "freebies" come with a "catch".
I got my free sample, then phoned to cancel - no problem - they never even asked "why".
I also then proceeded to buy some more of their products at their bulk discount price. (Saves me money on both the product and shipping).
Can't blame the company - I thought they were very up front with the conditions. And yes - I'm sure they're there because they know a certain % of people will forget to cancel, much like companies rely on a certain % of people to never redeem their mail-in rebates in time and end up paying full price.
I wish more companies would follow this plan - I never would have tried their product without a sample to be honest.
Lesson learned - if it looks too good to be true, check and re-check the conditions.
But Palo Alto Labs sent me sample packs for a couple of products - and I live in Canada (which means most companies don't bother to send it to us).
So they still get 2 thumbs up for me....and something else when I take Asprire36....lol
Yes the customer is always right.. but this is not the appropriate place to post complaints ... we have an entire official company website, email, and 1800 numbers to take care of problems... PAL prides ourselves on customer service...we are extremely easy to contact, and will eagerly assist anyone with questions.. however for proper service... this forum is not the correct place to handle that.i sort of have to agree with Engival on this one

As far as I know, it isnt easy for a company to find your bank account number or credit card number. Anything that involves you giving them those numbers involves a contract. In my opinion it was completely your fault, I liked the way Palo Alto people handled it. Praise to them.hmm i got a bottle of paravol today in the mail and I NEVER ORDERD the stuff and its charging me,

I'm going to have to stop you there. That's awesome you guys are always so helpful, but the customer is not always right. Sometimes the customer is a straight D-bag and needs to be told so....Story...Yes the customer is always right.. but this is not the appropriate place to post complaints ... we have an entire official company website, email, and 1800 numbers to take care of problems... Haha, you and me both bro...I know, I will never be able to run a business.
where in florida do you live irish?I was in Publix the other day (the best supermarket ever for those of you who don't have them around you)
I was behind a lady doing something similar in a Tom Thumb here.(I miss Publix) I called her a pain in the azz, as she was holding up a big line, over $2 I think it was, and wrote a check too.I'm going to have to stop you there. I was in Publix the other day (the best supermarket ever for those of you who don't have them around you) and some old lady got all pissed off at the cashier for not giving her the, "Five dollar off thing on the diapers." Yes, she kept calling it the "five dollar off thing." The cashier just kind of stared blankly at her. The cashier called over a manager and the lady kept asking what these diapers cost and wanted to know if she recieved the disount for them. The manager said, "Maam, I don't know what they cost." and then the old bag gasped and said, "YOU don't KNOW?!" I was standing right behind her in the checkout and I wanted to say, "You don't know...Do you really expect them to memorize the price of every product in this store?" I really don't get some people.
I know, I will never be able to run a business.
