Question Aspire Concern

I have question about the headaches from ASPIRE. The first time i took i had a mild headache and runny nose (like a cold). The second time i had a migraine type of headache which i've never had before. I'm currently taking an ECA stack but i made sure that I didn't take the dose of ASPIRE atleast 8 hours after my dose of ECA. Would this contribute to the headache? We did consume a moderate amount of alcohol. I love this stuff and usually can tolerate alot of pain but this time it was really bad. I want to try to find the cause so i can prevent the "migraine headache" from happening again. I like feeling like a pornstar..... Plus its excellent cardio. Thanks in advance...

In every case that i know of... advil will take care of the headache.
Aspirin, tylenol, excedrin (NO!) dont work as well with headaches, especially those associated with aspire.

personally I would not take Aspire within 36+ hours of ECA, but thats just me

Is there anything that i can do to prevent the headaches? Like take with food w/o food?? I did take tylenol but it took awhile to get rid of the headache. Like i said i love the product but if i keep getting these bad a$$ headaches i guess i'm going to have to stop taking it.

I would suggest making sure your drinking enough water, and staying hydrated....alcohol will de-hydrate you, so be careful for that...

I know a couple guys who take Advil with their Aspire...some people just will get these headaches though with PDE inhibitors...no way around it...Advil DOES work though.

Thanks for the advice, i'll experiment with taking aspire and advils together and taking the advils in the morning. It seemed i got the headaches after taking a power nap. But we did go for another couple rounds even with the bad headache. Have to sacrifice...LOL...
