What can i take OTC to help with PE and some ED

i can only last a very short time, maybe 1 minute at most, just feels dam good and i cant resist no matter what i do...

any ideas on what i can get to help me also Maintain one and of course last like 20 minutes would be nice!!

plus im gonna try some paravol


maybe 5-htp will help with the PE?

or maybe i'll try something like Paxil/ZOloft?


i tried a ****load of so called sex booster supplements, none have worked, ZMA seemed to help a bit though thats about it, all others have failed me

maybe aspire will, we'll see though
