| Registered User | Leviathan taking time to kick in? I'm about to finish my first bottle of leviathan, but unfortunately I have only lost one pound of bodyweight. I have definitely increased in strength, but not seeing that fat come off. I have a second bottle that I will start once i'm finished, but I'm wondering if I'm missing something or should I add another supplement along side the Leviathan. My goal was to reduce some body fat, but preserving lean mass. I'm currently 5'8 and 180 lbs. I workout 3 days a week using the 5X5 routine, and do cardio for another 2 days a week. Diet has been pretty good, and the only other supplements I'm taking are: Orange Triad Multivitamin BCAA's Flaxseed Oil I could use any suggestion that might make your product more effective for me. Any advice or help would be appreciated |

| Registered User | did you take 2 caps twice a day on an empty stomach? Also cardio only 2 times a week isn't really enough IMO. Palo Alto Labs |

| Registered User | Taking it twice a day, as soon as I wake up and in the afternoon, both times on an empty stomach. Diet wise I'm averaging btw 2600-2800 calories, and going with the high protein / low carb regimen. Protein mostly coming from shakes. I agree cardio should be bumped up more. I lift on MWF, HIIT for cardio on Tues/Thursday and play b-ball once during the weekend. Maybe do more cardio on the lifting days? |

| Dave Board Sponsor | Also... while you do have your carbs and protein in consideration.. how is your fat intake? Each gram of Fat has 2x the calories of a gram of protein/carbs Dave (at) paloaltolabs . com To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 0 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. | Registered User | I sort of posted something similar in another thread here, but I can tell you that I did not lose weight while on Levithan. In fact I gained weight. However....I gained strength and some muscle size and lost some belly fat. I was not in a large calories defecit so I wasn't expecting to lose a ton of weight, nor did I want to. I will also agree with LT*. Unless you have a very physically demanding job, 2600 calories is too much if you are looking for a major cut. Realistically you should shoot for probably 1800 calories in 5-6 meals. If you do physical labor then increase your calories to make up for it. |

| Registered User | Thanks for the suggestions guys. I do work in a warehouse, so the job is physically taxing, but I will work on cutting down the calories. Hopefully will have some good news to report in a few weeks. |
