Leviathan taking time to kick in?

I'm about to finish my first bottle of leviathan, but unfortunately I have only lost one pound of bodyweight. I have definitely increased in strength, but not seeing that fat come off. I have a second bottle that I will start once i'm finished, but I'm wondering if I'm missing something or should I add another supplement along side the Leviathan.

My goal was to reduce some body fat, but preserving lean mass. I'm currently 5'8 and 180 lbs. I workout 3 days a week using the 5X5 routine, and do cardio for another 2 days a week. Diet has been pretty good, and the only other supplements I'm taking are:

Orange Triad Multivitamin
BCAA's
Flaxseed Oil

I could use any suggestion that might make your product more effective for me.

Any advice or help would be appreciated

hey vince if you dont mind maybe you could post a sample diet for us to look over, increasing cardio will help also.

I would like to see your diet, the REAL diet --- honest and blunt :D. If you wanna get where you want to be diet is the key. Man that sounded good :D

Taking it twice a day, as soon as I wake up and in the afternoon, both times on an empty stomach.

Diet wise I'm averaging btw 2600-2800 calories, and going with the high protein / low carb regimen. Protein mostly coming from shakes.

I agree cardio should be bumped up more. I lift on MWF, HIIT for cardio on Tues/Thursday and play b-ball once during the weekend.

Maybe do more cardio on the lifting days?

At 180lbs, you're eating too many calories a day unless you have a physically demanding job on top of training. I'm 180ish and cut at around 1800-2000 calories. I have no issues with retaining lean mass.

Also... while you do have your carbs and protein in consideration.. how is your fat intake? Each gram of Fat has 2x the calories of a gram of protein/carbs

I sort of posted something similar in another thread here, but I can tell you that I did not lose weight while on Levithan. In fact I gained weight. However....I gained strength and some muscle size and lost some belly fat. I was not in a large calories defecit so I wasn't expecting to lose a ton of weight, nor did I want to.

I will also agree with LT*. Unless you have a very physically demanding job, 2600 calories is too much if you are looking for a major cut. Realistically you should shoot for probably 1800 calories in 5-6 meals. If you do physical labor then increase your calories to make up for it.

Thanks for the suggestions guys.

I do work in a warehouse, so the job is physically taxing, but I will work on cutting down the calories.

Hopefully will have some good news to report in a few weeks.
