The website says that Paravol is Ophenafil HCl. A search yields nothing, and the ingredient list doesn't list this compound.

Can you explain more about it?

Dsade, Ophenafil HCL is just the trademarked blend name for the prop blend... it means nothing and its not an ingredient.
Hope that clears it up
