I had to delete my post regarding Palo Alto Labs' poor customer service, because once I was informed on the circumstances I realize that I could not keep them at fault.
Also, Dave contacted me directly, and I spoke to him on the phone. Very nice guy, and I much appreciated his help with the issue. Issue was resolved in no time.
