Aspire 36 Expiration

I was just going through some stuff in my bathroom cabinet and found 2 of the single packs of the old Aspire 36! Totally forgot about it and I am super pumped I have them. The only thing is the expiration date on the back says 05/09. Are they still good? (fingers crossed) Will anything negative happen if I use them?
