hey guys,
what's the ideal dosage and schedule to take this stack from Palo Alto Labs?
some info:
5'11, 225lbs, 25#bf
workouts are generally between 12noon-2p mon-sat with the occasional mid-week day off- looking to really burn some fat, all the while maintaining muscle (and possibly gaining some lean muscle)
also running EFAs, CLA, sesamin, multi, cre, BCAAs, protein... all the usual suspects
diet is now clean, with plenty of fish and chicken and eggs/eggwhites, dark greens like spinach and brocolli, and a little whole grains... not too much carbs until i drop some fat though.
any opinions or constructive criticism are greatly appreciated
