anybody get tingly on Incarnate

Hi I am on day 3 of Incarnate and got some tingly sensations in my hands and arms as well as feeling Hot. Is there a thermo or stimulant in Incarnate. It's not a bad feeling but more of a clen type of feeling.

What you are feeling is called paresthesia and it is from the beta alanine component in Incarnate. It is 100% harmless, so don't worry.

OH I wasn't worried I actually kind of liked it lol but good to know what it is.

Yea the first time i ever tried BA, it totally freaked me out. It subsides with time though.
