Effexor and fat loss

I'm a 26 year old female and I've been on effexor xr 75 mg for a year. I have had some weight gain due to eating caused by appetite increase. I am having a hell of a time losing it. If any of you can offer help in this regard, thanks.

I'd also like to go off (slowly) sometime in the next year, are there any supps you would recommend?

I take effexor myself for anxiety, but have no problems with caffiene. I could recomend some things but would need to know if caffiene is okay for you. Out of all the weight loss pills currently available, I would say that Venom Hyperdrive is the most effective. However if you don't do stims then I'd stay away from it (it's some potent stuff). Also good luck weening off. Comming off of SSRI's is the worst.
