Basically, once you have stretch marks they are there forever. If you grease yourself down like a pig at least 2 times a day with PURE cocoa butter, OR the now virgin coconut oil ( it looks like lard while cold) this will help feed your skin and slow down the process. The biggest mistake people make is not feeding their skin! when you grow too fast it will happen, your body only has so much elasticity.

By using this method I was able to have a 10 pound 6.5 ounce baby and get NO stretchmarks.

Its a very greasy feeling though but I feel it is worth it!

Wow, that's a big kid for no stretch marks! I assume your referring to your abdomen. What about your breasts? If they are already that large, I just don't see how it can be avoided with conventional treatments like the topical fat creams.

I didnt get any on my breasts either, I did get like 3 on each hip, they are so small they really dont even show though. Im telling ya, when I saw my Mother and Sisters belly from having children, my main focus was to avoid stretchmarks like the plague!!! Your skin is living, why not take care of it like the rest of your body?

I had 2 children, both boys first one was8 pounds 13 ounces and then the whopper 10-6.5 ounces. I was afraid to try for a third, LOL

Men think lotions are for girls, its not so!!! I bet if a man did what I did in the early stages of lifting and stayed focused on it, he would be one happy dude

Very interesting. You are correct, though. Guys tend to treat these issues after the fact when marks can only be reduced with retinoids and hydroxy acids. Oils with high saturated fats would be the best approach for prevention.
