something that raises seratonin is the only true way. I mean you could use things to desensitize. However, Raising your seratonin slightly inhibits your libido which causes you to last longer. Seratonin counteracts dopamine, which is responsible for sexual activity. Something like 5htp over the counter may work somewhat...doctors actually prescribe anti-depressent seratonin reuptake drugs to counteract pre-ejaculation. Things like viagra only maintain erection they do NOT extend your latency. You could experiment with something that mildly boosts seratonin, 5htp is not harmful and will make you sleepy/good mood mildly.

about masturbating: it's hard for me to do it right before, for some reason, my libido just drops right off and i just want to lounge around. i've tried ejaculating during foreplay, but like i said, i just want to go to sleep or do something else unproductive afterwards.
i've gotten quite out of shape since my days of making love or having sex for a couple hours at a time, so i think once i hit up the gym a lot more and harder, it may make this problem go away.

Focus on keeping your breathing steady too. Its very easy to let it go when you're in the moment and this sets off a reaction of things. Slow and steady breathing does a lot for control.

If you're having sex once a week or less, you're going to pop pretty quickly. Now, when I was 19-20, I'd pull out, dust it off, then go back for second round, sometimes a third. Not the case anymore. I'd say just JOing more often should do the trick. You might want to make it a habbit to spank it once first thing each morning and possibly once at night. That should help you go on longer. Keep in mind, if you masturbate too much, your libido may suffer to where you start to lose interest in sex. Just play it by ear.

Not OTC but one of the mags recently said Tramadol prolongs ejaculation 4X longer or something like that. A good dose of phenibut works worders. The pre jerk is a given. Mental tricks are key though. I've gotten a little too good at that though. Could be bangin' THE hottest chick and before you know it I can't even keep it up. Pretty ****ed up. Just close your eyes and think of a fatty or sports...whatever sidetracks you.
