ULTIMA WITH INTRA WORKOUT DRINK

was just wondering if it is okay to mix this with either aen intrabolic or universal intra aid? I have read that it shouldnt be mixed with xtend or purple wrath but ice was ok, was just curious if either of the two I mentioned were good to go? thanks

as long as they do not contain large amounts of sodium, potassium, magesium or B6 you will be good to go.

what would be the possible side effects. i know you are supposed to sip ultima during the workout, and i also happen to drink intrabolic

sodium 100mg potassium 150mg magnesium 50 mg------intrabolic


are they both ok to use mixed with the ultima or no good?
