Hey all, I've purchased some Endurashred from OL which has 7mg cardarine and 10mg ostarine per cap. This is my first ever cycle of anything and I'm using it to recomp. I was thinking of starting at one cap, then going to 2 caps maximum for the cycle. I will only do this cycle for 10 weeks. My current BF is at 20%, height 5 foot 10, weight 85kg. I live in the UK so getting decent prescription serms is hard. Will an otc PCT do for this cycle and amount of ostarine being used? And also do I need an Otc AI for this as well as a serm? Any other info anyone can give to help would be very much appreciated. Thanks
