Who takes Ester weight into account

Im curious as to Who here actually takes account for ester weight when calculating dosages?
250mg test e is 180mg of actual test once the enanthate ester is subtracted. So I thought I was taking 500mg weekly but really only getting 360.

I just increased the dose so that I'm actually getting 500mg test.

Most of us do, so when we say we're taking 500mgs of test, we know that it's reduced by the weight of the ester. But no one adjusts for the esters. If you're worried about esters, just go with suspension. But when you up the dosage to 700mgs, you can't tell everyone you're really taking 500mgs of pure test. The only time I dissect the esters is when I'm trying to convince someone to toss Sustanon out the window because it's nothing more than a vial full of esters. But, we all know the ester weight and we all take that into consideration when we pin. Nothing new about ester weights.

I was never good with numbers. I still count with my fingers. 200mg test/wk I call it 200. My brain already hurts

There is no need to count the ester most all dosages people describe are with the ester. 250 is 180 but that is still a lot more than the human body produces and you can tell the difference if you run a whole cycle at 250 only. I personally run low dose cycles because they work well, are side free, and make me feel comfortable. Anyway, I don't think there was any need to adjust, but if you enjoy it more, you are healthy, side free and want to use that much than do what makes you happy. That's what matters.
