    Hey everyone I have been working out for about a year now and am about to start my first cycle. I will be takin 12 week of test E and 4-6 weeks of Dbol. I am currently 170 and want to be bigger but I like the definition as well. Is there anything I can do to put on mass but reduce water retention? Also, with this combination would it be ok to do crossfit or Metabolic Resistant Training? What would be the best way to work out on these compounds to get maximum results? I am a rookie and all educational feedback would be appreciated. Thank you

    hows your pct look like?

    how much dbol are you dosing?
    how much test e are you dosing?

  3. Outline you cycle better please. And I would start out with .25mg armidex eod and work your way up from tere If need be.

    250mg/2 a week of test E

    10mg dbol 4 times daily

  5. One would suggest to do the learning before starting.

  6. You've only got a year of training under your belt. One year. Unless you're 5'3" you're nowhere near a good starting place for anabolics in terms of your weight. Have some patience and put serious time into training and eating.

  7. 6' at 175? My good sir let me be the first to give you the idea of eating meat + carbs.. Lose weight = eat less, move more.
    So to add weight you should eat more and move less.
    You should be eatig up to 4000 calories a day.
    The notion that running a cycle is a quick fix is wrong. You will grow while on but once off you'll lose it all due to not feeding the muscles. Get up to 190 and by then you'll be more knowledgeable to run a cycle. Just keep reading, you'll be glad you did.

    I'm sure this is some place on the stickies, but for your first cycle drop the dbol and just run test. You need to know how your body reacts to the test before adding anything else. It's a huge mistake to start off with anything but test. Ease into it, learn how to use AI/SERMs, HCG, some type of PCT protocol and pay attention to everything; sides, gains, blood pressure etc. Then when you add dbol, you will have a baseline in which to make informed decisions about the effects of dbol.
