Alright the moment i've been waiting for. I'm ready. Hope you all are too.

Here's the cycle lay out.

Weeks 1-4:
Dbol- 50mgs a day
Test e, 1ml @250mgs mon/thurs
EQ, 1 ml @ 250mgs Mon/thurs
Exemestane 12.5mgs eod is the plan. I'll bump, raise dose or switch to letro if needed

weeks 4-??
Test E 1.5mg @375mgs mon/thurs
Eq 1.2mg @ 325mgs mon/thurs
Exemestane or other ai as needed

Pct will consist of
Clomid 100, 50, 50, 50
Nolva 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20
Exemestane at 12.5mg eod

Dont flame on the clomid/nolva combination. I know everyone says one or the other. I'm using both due to the fact that its the cookie cutter combination in damn near every informative site i've seen, and in the books i've read. quite honestly after the last few ph/ds cycles i've run its felt like its taken a minute to get my natty production back up to par, and i'm hoping that helps get it quicker. I will be using daa as a test booster and i will have enough nolva on hand and some letro on hand incase of rebound.

I anticipate to run this cycle for a minimum of 14 weeks to get full use of the EQ's long ester. I plan to get some bloods done at about week 6 to check on my liver values and obviously the test levels and e2 levels along with fsh and lh. If my liver values are sound i may toss another oral in at week 8 or 10. I have tons of SD on hand and also enough dbol for another 4 week blast. If I'm still making gains at week 14 i'll continue for another 2 weeks and jump over to pct. I plan to bulk for the first 8 weeks. at the end of week 8 i'll transition to a cut or recomp depending on my body fat levels. i'd like to end the cycle under 10%. currently by 3 sets of measurements off the calipers i average out to 13.27%.

This cycle should be epic. I'm looking forward to the results.

8/6- Day 1. pinned test @ 1ml in one delt, eq in the other at 1ml. dosed 50 mgs dbol pwo.

Chest and tri's- nothing spectacular to report. feel like my nutrition was subpar or something, felt weak. only hit 325 on bench for 5 reps (can usually hit 40 heavier but i havent used a barbell in 3 months since i was following dc with out a trainer)

hammer inclines with 3 plates on my last set for 5 reps.

10 degree flys with 50's 3x12

dips
+45lbs 4x10

pushdowns

100lbs 4x10

8/7 back and bi's

50mgs dbol pwo

Back and Bi's

pull ups, wide grip- bw. 4 sets 8 reps

Bent over row- 135x10, 185x8, 205x5, 225x5, felt good like i could hit heavier, 245x3 (pr)

wide grip cable rows- 4x8 @ 105. Slow ass reps- 8 second total, 4 sec neg, 2 sec pos, 2 sec hold

v grip pulldowns- 4x8 @ 105. Same rep count as previous.

i know the cable moves were light but man that sh*t burned like herpes.

facepulls- 4x8 @ 100lbs. ( need to work a little rehab on my rt shoulder, and work my rear delts a little more, so i'm gonna focus on them a little bit)

21 curls on the wide grip ez bar
65x10 warm up
75x7x7x6 +1 bar swing and negative

reverse grip curls on ez bar
4x8 @75

concentration curls

20lbs 3x10 (8 second reps, see cable rep count)

20 mins cardio on the eliptical.

me too man. its been a long time coming. it was a rush to finally stick those pins yesterday. i actually had to pull the first one out. got a case of the shakes. im laughing about it now but god damn my shoulder is sore.

I'm in! Have you decided how long you are going for?
minimum 14 weeks is the plan, but if im still seeing lbm increases and such at 14 i'll ride it out until i stop gaining. since i'm on day two theres really no telling.

depending on the results of my lipid test i may pulse an oral every 4 weeks. 4 on 4 off type. or if im handling sides well i might get an acetate estered injectable for the last 6-8 that'll definitely add to the cut phase and put some mass on. theres a few possibilities i'm rolling around in the back of my f*cked up mind though. i'll keep everyone updated as it goes with the different substances i choose to abuse.

its about time you got in here! i <3 dbols. its day two. right now theyre just pez candies. if its like the last dbols i'll be in a great mood by the end of the day tomorrow from them. we'll see where i'm at.

Thursday will be shoulders and abs and friday or Saturday will be wheelchair day.

i used EQ twice. first time along with test e, 4weeks at 400mg (only had that much). second time i decided to give it a good run. 10weeks at 600mg + test e my plan was do go 14-16weeks lean bulk. i stopped it at week 10. both times i did EQ i felt like i was having a heart attack from walking up the stairs. to me EQ is only good on paper, lean anabolic, low water retention etc...but in actuality it sucks.

hey u might run it and ****ing LOVE it! only one way to find out bro. keep smashing that ****. but if ur heart starts pounding in the later weeks, straight up drop the EQ.

Ive seen so many mixed reviews on eq. Seems like a love it or hate it drug. Youre the first one ive seen mention bp issues. Definitely something to watch for. Thanks for the heads up. Most of the stories ive heard were deca dick like symptoms.

That's very surprising the hear about EQ, I almost took it about a year ago and decided not. I ran out of funds at the time. But from what I read it was suppose to support your cardio vascular system. How did you respond to tren? most people say they cant do cardio at all while on it. And I have been the total opposite, but I have also added clen in with it.

When you were on tren were you using high test low tren, low test high tren or a more balanced dose? Seems weird to hear pornstar and tren in the same sentence.

EQ didnt have much of effect on my cardio. ones my heart got used to beating fast it would keep going.
i used 175mg test prop eod, 156mg tren ace eod. porn star status.

Sounds just like my stack right now for contest prep. I have Anavar and clen added in mine as well.

Day 4. +6lbs.. surely the scale at the gym is messed up. or im holding a ton of water. thats outlandish for 4 days of dbol. i think.

Dosed 250mg test, 250mg eq into my left ass cheek, 50mg dbols.

CRUSHED shoulders today.

walked into an almost empty gym. grabbed the 45lb dumbells. sat down. pushed them over head for 12 reps to get the blood flowing. grabbed a 10lb plate and warmed up my rotators further immediately after. about 45 seconds later, grabbed the 65 lb bells for another warm up set of 12. another 45 seconds. another 10 lbs and 12 reps. 45 seconds later i did it again. and again. for the last set i hit 75's and then 55's for 8 each (starting to gas on the high intensity short breaks with slow negatives)

seated shoulders on the smith- 135x10 super set with 17.5lbs each hand lateral raises. 1 minute break. 185x10, super set 17.5lbs lateral raises. 1 minute. 185x8 superset 17.5. 1 minute break 135x10 no superset.

by the time i got done doing my pressing movements i thought my delts were going to pop. so i went and did cables for the same rep counts as my back day- 4 sec neg, 2 sec pause, 2 sec push.

Rear delt cable flies, 15lbsx10. 20lbsx10. 20lbsx10. 20x10 dropset 10x10

facepulls. 3x12 @ 80 lbs

20 minutes on the elliptical.

shoulders are still killing me 2 hours later. LOVE the pump.

Nice shoulder workout bro. When u say face pulls are u using cables with a rope for rear delts?
