NOLVA clomid COMBO
IM ON WEEK 13**
i go to the gym 5 days a week for weight training 1 body part a day
i do ninjitzu for toning and cardio 3-4x a week
i do treadmill 2-4 times a week 45 min
DIET
1 MEAL: 2 SCOOPS OF ISOFLEX ONE CUP OF OATS AND A BANANA
2 MEAL: CUP AND HALF OF BROWN RICE/sweet patato GRILLED CHICKEN BALSAMIC
GYM
POST WORKOUT MEAL- 2 SCOOPS OF ISOFLEX OATS AND BANANA (OR ALL NATURAL PB)
3 MEAL 45 MINUTES AFTER SHAKE - MULTIGRAIN BUN ( WITH NONE OF THE BAD INGREDIENTS) GRILLED CHICKEN AVACADO(NOT IF I HAVE PB ) RAW ONIONS
4 MEAL GRILLED CHICKEN WITH GREENS
5 MEAL EGG WHITES OR LEAN TURKEY MEAT USUALLY WITH MORE GREENS
6 MEAL 2 SCOOPS OF CASEIN
more or less my diet obviously switch it up with other meats and veggies and carbs but i try to stay away from pastas and breads..

is it possible the anavar at 60 mgs a day lowered test results? and the reason why i believe the var is good to take on a long period of time is because from ive read and been told by legit bodybuilder friends that alll they do is this(im not saying there docters but). the longer the better because the real gains come over time not just your strength increase and pumps real gains comes around your 4th to 5th month. another reason why it is good to take is they did studies with sick people hiv/aids i believe they stayed on it for months and months and had gains not doing anything. i got my blood work everything was perfect minus my 875 test levels which i believe is from the anavar because it does have that side effect.i dont believe my gear is fake because my presses and all my workouts, the weights i do jumped very high i dont believe the var coulda done it alone from my experiences,another main reason why it is so much$$ Anavar is not very toxic, not very androgenic, mildly anabolic, and pretty mild on the bodys HPTA (Hypothalamic-Testicular-Pituitary-Axis). Those are its 4 major point

`+ FOR DIET OR TRAINING GOAL IS TO PUT LEAN MASS ON WHICH I KNOW IS HARD BUT THAT IS WHAT I AM AIMING FOR. I WOULD LIKE TO GET MY 6 PACK TO POP..
