Nandrolone phenyl propionate

The famed deca is actually nandrolone decanoate same compound different esters


NPP is a quick acting version of deca and does not cause sever bloat like deca does

Ok so pack should be here today via private courier. Going to go ahead and hit chest though one does of dbol and npp won't make a difference so I will start it tonight I suppose

Today is a volume day on chest.

What ive done is kinda adopted Arnold's idea. Most of the time Arnold trained with volume "Chase the pump" he said but he also picked a muscle group each week to go really heavy on

My split is

Day 1 chest tris abs cardio volume
Day 2 back and biceps cardio volume
Day 3 legs and shoulders volume
Day 4 cardio
Day 5 chest triceps abs heavy
Day 6 back biceps heavy
Day 7 legs shoulders heavy

Workout was good obviously no strength increases yet nor pumps. But I expect to see something from the dianabol in. The next 1-2 days that's about how fast it kicks in for me

I'm sorry if this sound dickish but dumbbell curls with 35 seems kinda light, u look like u could curl 50s np. Even for volume. Nice back work out, slated that ****

That back workout is nothing wait til Monday's

As for the biceps I took it a little bit lighter than normal cause I think I strained the tendon hurts:/

I do curls with 35lbs sometimes. Concentration curls that is. And I get pretty big... But sometimes I use 50's. It's all how you isolate the muscle and your negative/positive count. Hell, I can make 20's hurt or I can make 50's light...
Very true.

I have no clue what my Deadlifts are at I have had to cut them to rest my back due to work but I'm going to start those up again last summer they where 405x8 so we will see

300 by end of June schwell!! No excuses! ;-)

I had to lay off deads as my back got jacked up from bad form. Will be weak as hell when I get back at em, but at least I'll be doing them right.

I'm up 7 lbs and it's day 5 everything I eat is converted to muscle it seems. I'm not gaining any fat which is unusual for me due to insulin resistence and metabolism.

I'm playing.g with the idea of extending this cycle 4 weeks

So the foray 8 are a bulk and last 8 are a recomp

Tomorrow got a 10 hour work day but going in to bust out legs

My recovery is also way up my cheat isn't even sore

My girl gets back sunday and I'm going to weigh 240 lol when she left 3 weeks ago I was 225

I'd rest after all leg days personally, I think u should rest cuz u may just feel that much better tomorrow hitting chest.

Well I have decided to go to the gym and hit chest my recovery from these compounds is excellent I blasted my chest last time. It is supposed to be a volume session but I'm going to put up 275 x8 on bench press. The following sets will be x12-15

I will go heavy on first lift of each exercise followed by light reps.

Should have taken day off while must les weren't sore CNS wasn't ready

However still had nice workout

275 went up on Bench 8 times and hit 315 5 times the rest was. Volume but when I got to triceps I started feeling like **** run down so I listened tl the body and left tomorrow I will rest and resume Saturday with back
