Hello all. Just trying to get a simple answer/opinion on this; plan to run OT for 5-6 weeks but am not sure which dosage I should use.
Looking for solid, dry gains, nothing drastic (I'm an athlete and can't draw unwanted attention if that makes sense), while minimizing suppression and adverse sides (liver, acne, high BP). I know some sides are unavoidable but my question is do you all have experience with different disages and how were the gains in contrast to suppression and sides? I'm not necessarily trying to get the best dosage for muscle gains, but the "safer" yet still effective dosage for what I want.
By the way, planning on PCT to be nolva 40/20/20 along with liver recovery, oils, ZMA, DAA (suggestions/improvements welcome)
23 years old, 5'10" 183lbs. BF approx 9-11%
