I read this a couple of times. That when you get over 500 it causes anxiety can anyone answer why? or how to stop it

It does dreastically increase red blood cell count (moreso than other steroids) and could possibly cause high blood presure/anxiety that way?

according to Dr. Drew on celebrity rehab, lol, he told Jeremy Jackson that anabolic steroids affect the part of the brain that stimulants do. idk i just remember him sayin that. the first cycle i did years ago was brovel testosterona 200. wasn't worth a damn and it gave me anxiety the first 3 or 4 weeks. i even had a full blown panic attack one night. i thought i had been poisoned. lol whats weird is that its got chlorobutanol in it and i thought that was a sedative. i've noticed test prop makes me a little nervous also. its probably just certain individuals that is affected this way. i used to be nervous alot. i haven't tried the Eq.
Deca did that to me but eq doesn't seem to bother at all...weird

Being self aware of this will help reduce the anxiety. As you feel yourself getting anxious, take a few minutes and try a breathing exercise. Doesn't have to be full out meditation, however focusing on deep breathing (breathing in, out, and pausing) for a few minutes may help.
