Week 1-12 Test E 500 mg (250 mg) 2 times a week

Also .5 mg of Arimidex while on the cycle to prevent water weight and other sides

PCT Novla and Clomid for 4 weeks and clen for the first 2 weeks

My stats 23 been lifting for 2 years 5 9 180 about 17% bf

My main concern is I don't want a ton of water weight and want to keep as much gains as possible so please if you have any advice please let me know also how many cals should I eat? Around 2500? Any idea of results I'll see given the info I've gave? Thanks veterans of cycles in advance for your help :)

Eat clean. Do cardio a few times per week max.

If you are trying to bulk up ~ eat 20 X your body weight in calories

If you are trying to cut down ~ eat 15 X your body weight in calories

I like it. It's simple. Make sure you keep your Nolva @ 20mg or less during PCT and run Clomid @ 50mg straight thru. Others will tell you to take a really high dose of Clomid and taper it down to 25mg by the 4th week. I will not advise this. It isn't necessary from my experience.

you want some water bloat its your body's natural joint lubricant. so dont go crazy on the i dont want any water weight idea. pluss you are able to lift more bloated with water than when your not thats one reason power lifters aren't cut.
