  1. The title says it all. I have done 5 ph cycles over the last 2 years and now I feel I am ready for my first trip to the dark side. I've done all my research. I have all pct supplements, supports, and emergency supplements on hand. Here is the layout.

    Cycle:
    Test-E 500mg 1-12
    Superdrol (SD) 1-4

    Cycle supports:
    CEL cycle assist
    Himalaya liver care
    Controlled Labs Orange Triad
    Fish oil
    Letro (.25 eod if needed)

    Break:
    13-14

    Pct:
    15-19
    Nova 40/20/20/10/10
    DAA 3g ED
    Lean Xtreme 3/2/2/1/1

  3. I will have starting pictures and measurements today. Im pretty stoked about all of this. Im taking cycle support by cel just to be safe daily and himalaya liver care too. I have letro on hand if I get signs of puffy nips or gyno.

    Letro and caber really if I have issues. I have some cialis also if I have libido issues. Well see. Like I said....I've only ran a ph before. Never injectable test.

  5. Also plan on running normal bb'ing workout. 4-5 days a week. Legs. Chest and triceps. Back and biceps. Shoulders, traps, and forearms. And probably a cardio and abs day.

    Diet will be full in bulk.
    4100 calories.
    125 fat.
    400 carbs.
    330 protein.

  6. looks good, similar to my cycle. you won't need caber, it's for prolactin. You shouldn't have prolactin issues with this cycle. Also, are you planning on no AI at all whatsoever? get bloods near end of cycle to see if you need it, and a week of nolva at 40 seems a bit high. I'm only running nolva for 4 wks at 20/20/10/10, but I'm using exemstane along with is.

    Well I was going to use letro as an ai on cycle if I needed it. I have it on hand.

    Well I finally did it. I bit the bullet and injected for the first time. I was scared like crazy. But honestly the more you think about it and read about it...aas theoretically is a lot safer than most ph's. At least for your body. So I used a 23g to draw and inject with into my right glute. It actually was pretty painless to my surprise. Also popped 20mg of SD and some supports too. Ill be injecting 250mg on Saturdays and Wednesdays.

    It will dull the needle tip and hurt going in. If you've ever seen a tip after drawing from a rubber stopper you'd never do it again. Maybe someone can paste an image to show you. I'd draw with maybe a 20ga and inject with a 23.

    Hmmm...lol I drew out of a rubber stopper and wad fine with it. But ill definitely take your advice. Thank you.

    Day two and no sides obviously. I have a little soreness in my glute I have been having to massage...but other than that all is good. I had a mild headache but I usually get them the first week of a ph. Im stoked to see how good I feel with sd and test together. It should be pretty awesome for lack of sides. Well see.

  19. Day 3 Monday 12/12/11

    So far so good!! I've noticed nothing at all except the small weight gain so far...which is water most likely. I hit my diet in point today, which was awesome. Cajun red potatoes and turkey burgers for the win!!! Topped off with shake and bake chicken and A1 sauce. I did feel A LOT more endurance during the workout today. I don't know what it was but I just could keep going and going.

  20. I am doing a very similar cycle right now. I'm trying to recomp so I am runnning the test at a bit lower dose for longer and am eating less cals but otherwise about the same. I wish I was eating 4100 cals, that sounds delicious. Obviously I will be following.

    Its hard to get 4100. At all. I've been hitting 3400. Im 5'8".

  22. are you running the letro or just have it standing by?

    i never understand why people say they have a AI on hand for sides, to me if you have it on hand why not run .25 EOD and keep estrogen in check for your entire cycle.

    Probably starting week 3 ill run letro at. 25 EOD.

Im doing arms tomorrow and then that wraps up week one. No sides at all. Im starting to feel a little hornier quite a bit though. Maybe the test?

  29. your gonna see some sick gains with a sd kicker bro. your maxes are way higher than mine but your workout looks the same weights, some less some more, than mine. i thought we were in the same category until i went back and read your maxes haha i had to edit my post lol

    how much weight are you counting for the bar on a smith machine?
    are you wide or close grip on the preacher curls/skullcrusher ez bar?

    by your numbers it seems like your not going to failure on any sets? is there a reason for that

  30. i guess im confused from this sentance thats found in most letro information."Letrozole has a 2-4 day half-life, and it needs to be taken for up to 60 days to get a steady blood plasma level" seems like you have the proper dosing planned at about 1.5-2mg per week total. good job

    why did you buy letro? did it look like the best deal you could find as far as doses/price? thats why i almost bought it but i decided to just go with adex instead.
