Granted the situation permits, by everyone's recommendations on
blood work, I will be starting another cycle soon. Boys feel like they're back, sex drive feels about the same, really the only negative is all my lifts feel heavier now and I have a couple of "onset injuries?" I wouldn't say I'm injured yet, just a couple of things are worrying me, and I'm keeping a close eye on it.
So I didn't get very good feedback on 100 days var solo, or run with eq, or var preloading eq. It was iffy at best - "lethargy, loss of sex drive, less than expected gains," and "throw in test" over n over again. I thought that was just a guideline, not a rule but I'm taking the exp of others to heart.
So this is what I was thinking:
1-12 Test P 150mg M/W/F
1-12 Eq 150mg M/W/F
9-12 Var 50mg/day
9-12 Hcg 500mg M/F
Or
1-12 Test P 150mg M/W/F
1-12 Eq 150mg M/W/F
1-4 Var 50mg/day
9-12 Hcg 500mg M/F
Or one of those two but with the test looking like:
1-3 Test P 150mg M/W/F week
1-12 Test E 250mg M/F week
So Eq would be 225mg M/F 4-12
Pct nolva 25/25/25/25 2 weeks after last shot? How's this work with eq? And the hcg? A 13th week of test?
Could I get away with less test, like 50-100mg Test P M/W/F, or 125-150mg Test E M/F?
I'm 5'9, 190 now 10-12% bf, want to be 205 7% with strength goals, if my body permits - back to the potential injuries. I'd switch to lower weight higher repetition and just aim for density and size. I still have support from last cycle, which I would continue using and getting more of.
How's that sound?
