Test P/E - EQ - Var

Granted the situation permits, by everyone's recommendations on
blood work, I will be starting another cycle soon. Boys feel like they're back, sex drive feels about the same, really the only negative is all my lifts feel heavier now and I have a couple of "onset injuries?" I wouldn't say I'm injured yet, just a couple of things are worrying me, and I'm keeping a close eye on it.

So I didn't get very good feedback on 100 days var solo, or run with eq, or var preloading eq. It was iffy at best - "lethargy, loss of sex drive, less than expected gains," and "throw in test" over n over again. I thought that was just a guideline, not a rule but I'm taking the exp of others to heart.

So this is what I was thinking:

1-12 Test P 150mg M/W/F
1-12 Eq 150mg M/W/F
9-12 Var 50mg/day
9-12 Hcg 500mg M/F

Or

1-12 Test P 150mg M/W/F
1-12 Eq 150mg M/W/F
1-4 Var 50mg/day
9-12 Hcg 500mg M/F

Or one of those two but with the test looking like:

1-3 Test P 150mg M/W/F week
1-12 Test E 250mg M/F week
So Eq would be 225mg M/F 4-12

Pct nolva 25/25/25/25 2 weeks after last shot? How's this work with eq? And the hcg? A 13th week of test?

Could I get away with less test, like 50-100mg Test P M/W/F, or 125-150mg Test E M/F?

I'm 5'9, 190 now 10-12% bf, want to be 205 7% with strength goals, if my body permits - back to the potential injuries. I'd switch to lower weight higher repetition and just aim for density and size. I still have support from last cycle, which I would continue using and getting more of.

How's that sound?

By the goals that have I think the first one you listed will get there but diet is going to have to be on for it all to play out.

So just prop, and eq, with var last 4 weeks... I think 15 lbs in 3 months would be easy, just putting on weight while cutting fat is the hard part. I don't really have a prob keeping bf the same.

That's why I was thinking a short test prop var cycle - that'd be 2 lbs a week. So meet basal metabolism plus 7000(3500/lbs) calories a week? Id think 3900 calories/day? 2850/day for maintenance, and at 3900 weight gain would slow getting closer to 205.

Yeah that looks about right in theory but we know it doesn't always play out that way. I would go maybe alittle bit higher in the beginning on cals but keep it clean and if you see you bf creeping up then dial it back a bit cause once you start popping that var you weight could a) stay the same and bf drops or b) both start going down. So for me if I have a target weight as you I would shoot for alil higher in the beginning of the cycle then bring back down to it once I start up var (cut phase of the cycle).

Weeks 1-14 --> Test. E 400-600mg/week
Weeks 1-14 --> Equipoise 600-800mg/week OR DHB 400-600mg/week
Weeks 1-4/5/6 --> T-bol 30-60mg ED
Weeks 8/9/10-14 --> SD 10-30mg ED
Weeks 1-16 --> Arimidex 0,50-1mg EOD OR Aromasin 12,5-25mg ED


PCT Example:

Weeks 1-4 --> Clomid 100 | 50 | 50 | 25mg ED
Weeks 1-4 --> Nolva 20 | 20 | 20 | 10mg ED



Comments:
- IMO Anavar will do nothing for your goals in adding LBM - it may help a little bit when it comes to fat burnign but mostly it will define your physique, improve that 3D look, that's it.
- If i were you i would choose a couple of dry orals to use throughout the cycle: T-bol, Epistane SD etc and/or an extra injectable.
- PCT 2 weeks after last injection.
- Some liver/lipid protection is advised.
- The administration of the above injectables should be twice weekly.
- If i were you i would cut my BF to 10-9% before going into.

I was really saying var eq test cause test would be only one id need to get...

But I'm thinking now about trading the var and eq for test p and getting some ghrp with mod.

My last cycle was,
Week 1-6: 300 EQ/300 Deca
Week 7-12: 300 EQ/150 Winny

I liked the cycle a lot, I was using up a bunch of left over vials and had better results than expected. I dropped 4% BF and had great libido and strength the whole time. If you're going for a max strength cycle test should be in there, even on lower dose my strength kicks up.

I gotta say. It's about time I see some gear being used. To much pro hormone stacks.
I was thinking I was all alone here. I love that stack. And the pct is good but I'd add hcg to guarantee a good comeback.
