hows everyone doing? its been a while i have been on self hrt for 9 month now i was up at 800 mg of test e a week in january i have been droping down like 200mg a week im on 240mg a week right now just cruising for the summer i lost aboot 25% of my stength in the last month. i took a week off droped my vol from 5 sets to 3 and raised my protine 50 grames a day thinking i was over training but nothing strenght is still down size is still good sex drive is good energy is good should i go back up to 300mg a week or add in a oral i have super drol and epi and oral tren i could add in for a while idk is this normal thanks

dude you dropped from 800mg to 200mg a week, what did you THINK was gonna happen??

i thought i would loose a couple reps or mayb 10% like i mostly do when i get off a cycle not 25% thats alot also i droped slowly i took 4 monthes to go from 800 to 240 but i guess it could b normal i dont like it

800mgs is not a trt dose- even self prescribed- ur an idiot

unless this was your blast?

200 is still high for trt it is usually around 100-150

im about to be put on HRT

doc giving me 150 mg of test cyp a wk

it is normal. whats not to like about giving your body a well needed break? get used to it or youll be heading down a dangerous road

so you kept your size n your sex drive? Id be happy as ****. I'm guessing you never heard of the blast n cruise method? 800mg of test e would be blasting, just cruise at 200mg for a bit.
