My Cycle - Test/Tren/Win

  1. My Cycle - Test/Tren/Win


    so after a lot of debating and budget i just got my goodies and im set to go.

    1-10 test e 500mg/week
    1-5 tren a 50mg eod
    7-12 winstrol 50mg/day

    been on clen for past 2months. 2 weeks on 2 off, im gonna do this for next 14weeks
    im starting t3 now.
    ephedra starts next monday
    arimidex at a low dose thru out.

    for diet im doing following
    eggs, whey, oats on training days about 2000cal, as im currently 195lbs.
    on off days, drop down the cal a little. no carbs on off days.
    cardio 60min walk in the AM, 20-30min walk post workout in the PM, sundays OFF.
    split:
    delts/bi
    legs
    off
    chest/tri
    back
    off
    off

    usually ~5 exercises per muscle. no matter if bicep or back or quad.
    i try to have a weekly pattern, like week 1 heavy weight, 2week drop set, 3week superset, 4week high rep, 5week repeat.

    wish me goodluck guys. my goal is to cut 5% bf and keep all my muscle mass. and try to pull out some nice detail.

  3. i doing something simliar to you. careful w the enan there... im pretty sure im single digit bf right now and you can see im holding a sliiiiight bit of water. id do prop throughout if you can but not like night and day difference lol

    I'm running test/tren/clen/t3 at the moment....was doing 50mg eod of tren...bumped it up to 75mg eod...better results (if you got it)...all in all...sounds good...good luck

  6. slight change..
    decided im gonna go ahead and do this:
    M-W-F
    200mg test e + 75mg tren ace

    i also might extend the cycle to 13weeks or so as i might be getting a free test vial. and maybe 200mg EQ for 6weeks for free as well. i cant really see it hurting, and it shouldnt really make me hungry at such a low dose. and yes i do know eq half life is like 20days.
