    Summer 2011 Prep


    Phase 1

    - Sept. 1st start date
    - Dec. 1st check point
    - 700mg/week Test Prop
    - 280 - 525mg/week Tren Ace


    The goal is to cut a bit during the fall, with 45 mins cardio after each lift in order to start a winter bulk at a lower bf% than I'm at now. I will then proceed to bulk during the winter doing minimal cardio and in the spring I will go on a super strict cut cycle, two-a-days etc. making it the most intense I have ever done in my life. Tentatively, June 1st is the end date where I can cruise over the summer.

    Lift style:

    M - Chest
    T - Back
    W - Legs
    T - Shoulders
    F - Arms

    Roughly 12 working sets each day.


    Typical diet:

    7:45 - 50g Whey, 1 banana
    9:15 - 1 100% WW Bagel, 1 plain Greek yogurt
    11:30 - turkey sandwich on 100% WW, handful of wheat pretzels
    1:30 - bed of spinach, 8-10oz. grilled meat, 1 piece fruit, 1 Granola bar
    4:00 - cup oats w/ drizzle of honey, 6 hard boiled eggs (4 whole/2 white)
    6:00 - Gym (sipping on 10g BCAA, 5g creatine mono)
    8:00 - 40g dextrose, 50g whey
    9:00 - 10oz chix/steak, WW pasta/brown rice, 1 broccoli crown
    11:00 - 45g casein

    Supps:

    - Now Foods ADAM
    - Now Foods Super EPA
    - Now Foods 400mg Sam-e
    - Now Foods Melatonin (as needed)
    - Now Foods 5-HTP
    - Liv52


    This is a personal log to help guide myself along, however I am open to conversation and constructive criticism.

    The only thing I would have to switch around is this:
    7:45 - 50g Whey, 1 banana
    10:00 - 1 cup oats w/ drizzle of honey, 6 hard boiled eggs (4 whole/2 white)

    Just because if I don't eat in the morning I will most probably faint.

    The thought to run winny never crossed my mind. I haven't used it before. I'm not entirely excluding it from phase 3.

    The reason for the shake / banana first thing is because of time I have in the morning before I'm out the door. I have however updated my diet plan since my first post to include whole food earlier in the day. I'll have to make those revisions later to show the changes.

    Winny is a lot of fun, you should definitely give it a try. Pretty cheap oral.

    I have time constraints in the morning as well so I just throw it all in a blender.

    1 cup of oats
    1 scoop of unflavored whey
    1 banana
    2 scoops of natty pb
    1 cup of natty apple juice
    4 egg whites
    half cup of water and half cup of ice

    Blend and chug. CLEAN cals.
    Sounds nasty but really all you taste is the PB and some banana.

    It's strawberry season as well so I've been tossing a couple of those in.

    Also, maybe lay off the 2 steaks a day and just make it 1. When I cut I probably eat red meat once a week. When I bulk I probably eat it 4 times a day, ha.

    Your blend sounds good. I usually make something like that during my bulking runs...I'll look to incorporate it during phase 2.

    It's hard to lay off the red meat...I'm a carnivore. Perhaps if A1 hadn't been invented?

    I actually had to switch up my routine today. I hit legs instead of shoulders. My front delts just told me one more day of rest after the chest day I had on Monday. I used to run with the chest/tri, back/bi etc days but in Obama's words, It's time for a change. The only difference tho is that I actually follow thru on my promises...
