    Upcoming cycle to get ready for Summer!!!!


    Im 21, 5'11", 245. Been liftin since I was 15. This will be my 4th cycle. First time with dbol.

    Week 1-14 500mg Test Cyp
    Week 1-6 50mg Dbol ed
    Week 14-20 50mg Winstrol ed
    Week 20-23 20mg Nolvadex ed

    What you guys think?

    why are u running the winstrol 4 weeks past the test ester clearing?

    sorry i read that wrong. i just figured it would make for a better cut if i waited until after i was done with the test.

    besides the point that "cutting" is 95% diet, running the winstrol past the length of the test ester will most like result in a tanked libido going into PCT....but its up to u

    if u wanna add something to help cutting while in the final weeks of ur cycle look into var, clen, or t3, ur going to want test in ur system for all of these however.

    i would first pick one goal, i.e. cutting, bulking, or "recomp".

    u cant successfully do 2 of those in one cycle....unless its 20+ weeks. if u bulk in the beginning then cutting in the second half will make u lose the gains u made in the beginning.

    my suggestion is to "recomp"....eat clean, eat A LOT. u may not put on 20lbs, but the lean mass u add will look a hell of a lot better.

    doses and timing i would suggest are above in bold

    up to the 14 week you should cut hard, no messing around. Ex: if ur starting at 18% bf, drop down to ~10% at least in those 14weeks, and then with the clen/t3 + strong keto diet along the entire time you will get down to even as low as 6% bf if ur really dedicated. OTC fat burners should be there entire time even tho diet is 95% of a cut, something to make u not hungry is a very big PLUS.

    20 weeks, look into getting HCG. You dont have to run it through the whole cycle, towards the end or the the second half 200IU E3D, not on sat and sun. Run the Nolva for 4-6 weeks and get some clomid to run for 3-4 weeks.
