where to pin on quad muscle

  1. where to pin on quad muscle


    So if you are looking at your quad, sitting down so your calf is at a 90 degree angle to your quad, do you pin on the top of your quad(facing the ceiling), the side, or somewhere in between?

    Closest to your abs?? Thats a little bit too high. Google some pics on pinning and step by step procedures.

  4. ^^Agreed there is alot of info on the web already, with photos and videos. Note tho that it is hard to mess up. Remember to aerate, thats pretty much the biggest part.

    I think you mean aspirate. I don't think you want oxygenated oils!

    I meant as apposed to closer to your knees, its common sense not to pin that far up your quad. I just meant the top right portion if you split your quad into 4 quadrants..

  8. The suggested area is actually just below half way down your femur.

I have experimented upper lower quad inside, outside calfs just use google as your guide and avoid the sciatic nerve thats not going to feel good at all but I like glutes the best no pain for me and i dont get the swelling i get from injecting every where else but that just my body in particular.. hooray for the spotinjections. that my favorite guide!

    I feel like quad injects i "get" more of the gear too. Like its all absorbed.

    Yeah I loved hitting the quads but then like two weeks into my cycle it started to get so painful that i could not walk but i had to limp around up and down the stairs, the gym I was taking vicodin for the pain. Then i would inject the other leg in the calf the next day (on prop) and i need a wheel chair...lol. now i just the glute and forget it, good to go! no pain meds need for me atleast knock on wood.

  13. Put your finger on your hip bone and go a 1/3rd way down to your knee, and then go about a 1/3rd inwards.
