So Im going to be starting my next cycle next week. Test Cyp 500/wk. Do you think there would be any benifit to breaking it into two 250mg doses or just sticking to once per wk

its halflife is longer than Test Enanthate. I'd probably still break it up in two doses per week though.

To give you a comparison with different ester, people run prop EOD but I tried it and then switched to ED and was much happier (acne went away and energy levels stabilized).

yes, shoot at least twice per week.
