How different is recovery for you between a 12 and 14 week cycle? Is it noticeably longer because you got shut down a little harder and had to recover or is it the same?
Why do people recommend 12 over 14 for a beginner? Can a second cycle go for 14 weeks if the first 12 week cycle/recovery went alright?
I noticed the last 2-3 weeks of my cycle were where I really gained a ton of strength. I would have liked to ride that for 2 more weeks tbh (reason I'm asking).
