Need help from Nutriverse Rep!

I paid for my first Nutriverse order on December 5th. Status was changed to "awaiting fulfillment" the next day. I emailed support on the 9th to check on it but email was not replied. I would greatly appreciated a rep's help to see why order hasn't shipped yet. Thanks!

Or, go to the site and contact them directly, Max will sort it out for you. Probably something in that order is on back order.
