| Registered User   | Flax seed meal? god i hate putting flax seed meal in my shake... hate the taste it gives it... i suppose i need the fiber... is there any easier was to consume flax seed meal? im on the velocity diet for 3 weeks |

| Registered User  | So you've left BB.net for AM, huh?  j/k  I don't know of a better way to take them with that diet because it's so limiting. My only suggestion is to use a different fiber supplement. |
