Weight

Hey can sombody please let me know a good eating plan i i'm working out 5 days a week right now so is on check not missing any days. i'm 5'8 208 lot of belly fat but can feel some good gaines witht the weight lifting. are those smart ones frezzer foods good to eat for lunch at work? I really don't care if i get a six pack but i do want to get really big. Anything advice would be cool

The frozen south beach/smart one meals are better than McDonalds but they are still pretty bad for you...a ton of preservatives and half of them have horrible macro nutrient breakdowns anyway...

Look into the Anabolic Diet...google it and you should be able to find it in pdf since it is out of print now...

i was on neutrisysem for a while... not too bad, but kinda tuff...i replaced the snacks with shakes
