been sick

hey i've been sick for like the last 5days was wondering the weight i lost if it was just water havent worked out havent really had an appetite maybe ate like 2 maybe 3 times a day like sandwiches any advice or tips how to get myself back to normal.

Being into bodybuilding and getting sick is like a mind game. You lose weight, you have to skip some training days, you cant eat, feel weak, and it makes you go crazy worrying. Dont worry about the weight loss, just get your diet back on track and get back into your training routine, think of the days off as a well deserved break and within a few days you will be back to normal.
