need help with bringing back the bod

i was wondering what foods should i look into so that i can get enough to eat without having to take the fat and calories with it. i have a large appetite for a 165lb'r but i was wanting to control it by not eating fast food and getting help with grocery shopping any suggestions?

ps. watching my mid section bc it is the only thing keeping the fat nothing else
 
Oats
100% whole wheat breads
100% whole wheat pastas
Brown rice
vegetables, lots
fruits, lots (apples, oranges, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
potatoes (preferably sweet potatoes)
chicken breast
turkey
tuna
lean beef
cottage cheese
low-fat milk
100% natural peanut butter
