Some fo the foods don't match up with what I'm eating. I know brands will vary but I tried starting with my oats and they are in there as having 607 cal. What kind of oats are these? Is there anyway to edit foods without adding a new custom food?
Thanks for your help. This site is great. I've been reading as many posts as I can lately. I've been out of it for about 3yrs. I cleaned up my diet and hit the gym again about 3 months ago. I down about 30 and want to dial my diet in even more.
