Hey fellas, I need your help and expertise. I have been diagnosed with low testosterone and hypothyroid.
History: Approx 2 yrs ago I finished a 4 week superdrol cycle. Followed it with PCT: Nolvadex XT and nolvadex (tamoxifen). I started cutting after I finished.. very little carbs, lots of protein and stimulants. Got down to 200. I think during that time I hurt my thyroid and eventually exhausted my adrenals. (Got sleepy after coffee is a good sign) About a year after when I began working full time I knew something was up. Eventually had blood work done and found my total testosterone was 136 and thyroid was on the verge of hypo. T4 .05 and TSH 1.99. T3 2.64. I was referred to an endo and she found my LH in addition to testosterone was low. I had an MRI and found a very minor adenoma on my pituitary. Sometimes these can or cannot cause low LH/FSH levels. She put me on thyroid and TRT because she felt there was no way to recover my natural. I didn't get better even though my labs showed my test up, from TRT, and my thyroid was in the right ranges. Still tired, anxiety, adema, etc... I swtiched doctors. He put me on HCG (w/o clomid or nolva) I demanded to be put on clomid/nolvadex but he said it wasn't necessary. My test levels jumped to 540 only to fall back to 130. In addition to low testosterone my body temperature is 97.8 and won't budge with all the Armour I throw at it (T4/T3). Currently on 6 grains. I think its Wilson's Syndrome: A buildup of Reverse T3 blocking T4-T3 conversion.
What do you guys think?
Thanks
