    i love watermelon ! is it ok to eat while dieting
    thanks in advance! great forum ! i have learned alot , and continue to learn and educate myself whenever i visit anabolic minds forums !

    for me it is plus it's packed with Arginine with gives your muslces some incredible fullness. Just try not to eat it too late in the day. Keep it before dinner and you should be good to go.

    Can't go wrong with watermelon. It's a good source of vitamins a&c and also contains lycopene, and other antioxidants and minerals such as potassium. I like to eat it, and other fruits before & after a big meal seems to help the food digest more efficiently.

    is there a great difference between honey dew melon (the yellow one) and watermelon? I don't like watermelon that much but i love honey dew Not had it in ages, i'll have to buy some tomorrow for my shakes!
